Its half term here so the kids are on school holidays. I came to a realisation that my daughter would love Pinterest, I was not mistaken! Here’s her board of messy kids art ideas.
The eagle eyed amongst you will realise that most activities she has pinned involve paint and shaving foam. Tuesday turned into a day at home, so we had a go. As it was dry weather we set up outside – a wise decision. The economy tin of shaving foam happily filled two baking trays with foam – perfect one each.
It’s ever so easy to have a go – spray out your foam. Add dollops of paint and mix!!
Place your paper on top, press down, then peel off.
Lay your paper out to dry.
When it came to clearing up I was very please we had painted outside. The kids stripped off at the patio doors, clothes into one bucket and strip washed in the other:)
Plus I have managed to make a start on the curtains… you never know I may be able to share them next week:) I hope you have a creative week,
Louise

That looked like loads of fun Vicky! I might have to get that activity out when our holidays arrive in a month. Xox

I remember trying a bubble painting idea with my kids years ago, but we put paint in washing up liquid and blew with straws. They were no where near as vibrant as your results if I remember rightly. This seems like a much better idea.
